• Website usage: information collected by analytics tools about how the website is used. See our cookie policy.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and give you mortgage advice
• To share your details with lenders, only when you ask us to proceed with an application
• To understand which marketing brings enquiries, so we can improve it
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations

Where it's stored

Form submissions are sent to a secure Google Workspace account controlled by Marker Finance. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), and advertising data by Meta if you accept advertising cookies. These providers may process data outside the UAE.

How long we keep it
