UAE mortgages for buyers living overseas.
A non-resident mortgage is a UAE home loan for buyers who don't live in the UAE. Fewer banks offer them, and they usually ask for a bigger down payment and more income evidence than for residents. We identify the lenders that suit your country, income and property, and manage the application remotely.
Each lender sets its own loan-to-value limit, accepted countries and minimum income for non-residents. The maximum term is 25 years, as for all UAE mortgages. We confirm the exact terms for your profile before you commit to a property.
