Mortgages for the self-employed and business owners.
Self-employed buyers and business owners can get a UAE mortgage, but banks assess business income differently from a salary and ask for more documents. Lenders usually want to see an established business, company and personal bank statements, and a trade licence. We prepare your file so it matches what each bank looks for.
The Central Bank limits are the same as for salaried buyers, but lenders vary widely in how they calculate self-employed income. Choosing the right bank often matters more than the rate.
