Finance for commercial property in the UAE.
Commercial property finance helps businesses and investors buy offices, retail units, warehouses and other income-producing property. It works differently from a home loan: banks set their own limits for loan-to-value and term, and look closely at the business, the tenant and the rental income. We compare commercial lenders and prepare a strong application.
Start with the basics: the property's income potential, the lender's requirements for proof of income and credit history, and the terms on offer from several banks. With the right preparation, a commercial purchase becomes a much more straightforward investment.

How commercial lending differs.
- Lender-set limits. Loan-to-value and term are set by each bank's commercial policy, usually more conservatively than for homes.
- Income from the property. For tenanted property, banks look at the lease, the tenant and the rental income.
- The business. For owner-occupied premises, banks assess the company's financial statements and track record.
- Valuation. Commercial valuations consider location, condition and income.
